Laptops taking over from desktop boxes?

Study: Notebooks to push out PCs. “Within three years, less than half of corporate workers will use a desktop PC as their primary information device–moving to notebooks or thin clients, according to a report.” Linked from CNET – Front Door

Laura and I do all of our desktop work on notebooks. And turning off the big iron in our office had a delightful, unanticipated side benefit – quiet. Ahhh!
